What is the Cocaine Single-Use Purity Test?

It’s a single-use cocaine purity test designed to estimate how strong an already confirmed cocaine sample is. It gives a quick visual indication of concentration using a colorimetric reaction.

Does this test identify whether a substance is actually cocaine?

No. Cocaine Single-Use Purity Test does not identify substances. It only estimates potency after you’ve already confirmed the presence of cocaine with an identity reagent (e.g., Marquis or another identification test).

How does the test work?

The reagent reacts with the active compound in the sample and changes color. The resulting color indicates an approximate cocaine concentration level, which you compare against the color chart provided in the instructions.

What’s included in the kit?

One hermetically sealed glass ampoule with the reagent and a set of instructions. The provided ampoule is enough for one test. The oxygen-free enclosure protects the reagent from light and moisture for a longer shelf life.

How do I use the test?

1. Take a very small amount of already identified cocaine.
2. Open the ampoule by pressing the plastic top until the glass snaps.
3. Add the sample, close the ampoule and shake for a few seconds.
4. Observe the color change and compare it to the reference chart in the instructions.

Results should be observed within the first 30–60 seconds.

Does this test detect cuts, adulterants, or fillers?

No. This test does not identify adulterants. If a sample is heavily cut, the potency reading may be distorted. This is why identification and purity awareness should happen before using a potency test.

Are the results 100% accurate?

No. This is an approximate potency estimation, not a laboratory analysis. It can help indicate whether a sample is weak, moderate, or strong, but it does not measure exact percentages. A “low potency” reading does not make the substance safe.
